So there was no bad treatment, no anger, only extreme sadness for both people. After 8 years together, he suddenly started to get annoyed with me over tiny things within a day or two of leaving for his job's training. We got into an argument over something that would’ve normally been small but he decided to hang up on me , block me and it’s been 8 days without any contact. I did this, exactly what @blacademic said after a bit more than 4 months no contact. I noticed she unblocked me after 3 months, and posted some kind of subliminal message directed to me. I did not react for one month. So I reached out, saying how are you ? She replied very politely, asking how I was doing ? I replied back 3 hours later, she replied instantly saying she was happy I was doing well. And I ended the conversation there very casually. It was 3 days ago, now what ? Should I wait for her to reach out ? To put in context, she is definitely avoidant and we were in a 10 years one and off relationship

We're both 30, and she has a child, which I was fine with, but things got tough after I lost two jobs and became needy. Despite trying to give her space, she started ignoring me and eventually unfollowed me on social media. We had a talk recently, and she said she needs time to sort things out in her life. So we broke up. I still love her and believe we can work things out. I've been focusing on improving myself and plan to reach out again in early August to see if she's interested in joining me on a trip to Rome that I had planned for her birthday. Coach; I was in a long distance relationship (Im 40, she is 34) where we made wedding plans and even talked about having baby since she never been married or have kids. We had an argument about she lying about her working with her ex even though she swear she has no feelings for him. She said she was afraid to tell me about this. She cried and told me I would never forgive her or move past this. I was hurt, but I reassured her we could work through anything together. Two days later, she told me she was not feeling good and that she needed time to fix herself. Im destroyed and trying to do no contact, but I dont know what to do. It's only been a couple of days, but I do not want to push her away. Thinking about our plans being destroyed is the more painful part of all this. She still has my sweet comments on her social media, and she still sees and liked my story on Instagram. As silly as this sounds, she is still sending me lives on a phone game we used to play together. Im so confused and want to know what to do. Before we stopped talking, we had plans to meet in September. Should I still travel and try to get closure, someone please help me.😢😢😢

My ex bf is FA, Im AP. We loved since 1 & a half yrs with ups & downs. He goes hot & cold. In short after our 2nd breakup ,I went NC with pain. Even he said he is done, not to msg or love him. Within 1 month he came back with regret & love. But I was not 100% healed, but gradually I showed my love too. He spoke to me for other things ,celebrated my bday in November . Checking my details on social media. But we didnt msg, chat for fear, so in December for a quote I shared he misunderstood I ended our love, rejected him. So he started a rebound following day. Then I explained & went NC. Within 1 month he started to reach indirectly , he came to see me to my work plc. Then after 3 months of NC I msgd him on his bday (it was bit vulnerable 1) , sent him a gift this month bcos he came in April , bcos he is a FA. But he didnt reply or chat yet. Have I done a mistake by breaking NC? Will I lose him 4ever as I broke NC? :( He doesnt want me to move on from him, but he is silent since December , using a new WA secretly too since January . I cant see anything of him now :( Im doing NC again since that day. Also building up my life to move on somehow. But still Im not over with him or healed from my pain :(
